Has any one kept the weight off after losing a reasonable amount. Just wondering?

I am currently on the trail right now going SOBO. I started at 190 and lost 12 pounds the first week out, i settled after about the two month mark and have been hovering around 170 for most of my hike. i was mostly upper body muscle when i started and lost a fair amount of that by the second month. once i got rid of the useless weight it hasn’t changed. unless i go to an all you can eat buffet, in which case i come out no less that 5 pounds heavier.

how ever one of the guys i’ve been hiking the past few weeks, scarecrow has gained weight on the trail. he started out 6’2 and 145 and is now 160. he eats no more or less than i do. alot of it depends on your body type
