Keep it simple-Benadyl 25 mg at bedtime. It works fine for me

I’m not really a hiker(yet) but on a weighlifting forum I frequent, alot of guys complain that if they work out really hard, that night they can’t fall asleep, or they wake up, bad dreams,etc. What helped alot of them was eating alot before bed. They hadn’t eaten enough, and their blood sugar, protein level,etc was too low. And hiking is way more demanding on the body than weightlifting.
