Do you mean 19-W at Spivey Gap (just south of the Nolichucky) or 19-E between Roan Mt. (the town) and Elk Park, NC? There was a good storm with about an inch of rain last Tuesday in that area, which should have replenished some of the creeks and springs. Laurel Fork gorge should have plenty of flow. You should be able to get water at US 321 / Shook Branch campground on the lake. On the ridge above the lake into Damascus, springs could be very iffy.
