Where can I find the 2014 PCT Long Distance Permit request? PCTA.org says it will be available in the first week of February, but I cannot find it. Please help!

Follow the instructions - after you “submit” the application, you must print it out & sign it then either mail it in or scan it & attach to email…

This is what is says… UPDATE 2/3/14: We’re hoping to have the 2014 permit application online sometime in the first week of the month. Thanks for your patience while we’re getting ready.
I cannot locate the 2014 application.

I found it. There was something wrong with my web browser. When I opened the same URL in a new browser, the permit application was available.
