Adding videos to journal

I’m ready to add 8 short videos to my journal. I uploaded them to Youtube as required. How do I now get them into my journal? It’s not like adding a photo. Thanks for your help

Youtube should have a links for “url” and “embed”… one of those should work. Just click on the video would want to add
