Asheville section hike suggestion?

I am making a trip to Asheville, NC starting November 9 this year. Looking to spend 4 nights walking the AT. Does anybody with experience have a particularly favorite section in that area. Cold, rain, snow, 12-15 mile days are OK. Remote and less travelled is best. I’d like to start at a place with relatively easy road access and end the hike at a place with a hostel or lodging where I could clean up and get a ride back to the airport the next morning. I realize that something like this may not exist, but if it does…thanks in advance for replies.

Erwin SOBO to Hot Springs. 60 miles. Shuttles available in both towns.

Anywhere in the Smokies should work. There is a good halfway point at Newfound Gap that you can arrange for a ride at, and plenty of good hills to hike up.

if ya take the time to hike from erwin to hot springs as wolf suggests, push it just an extra 17 miles and see max patch a real sweet view on a clear day
