AT logo? - Appalachian Trail

Anyone know where I can find a high-res AT logo? I’m looking for the type that’s like a “rounded triangle”. I’ve found a few on the web, but they’re all like 100x100 pixels - too small!

I’d found those, and a few dozen more, but what I’m really looking for is something around 800 x 800 or more - basically print quality (300dpi) at 2-3 inches…

I’m actually trying to find quality logos of each of the triple crown trails…

The PCTA has a “press kit”, with a .pdf logo (which is vector art and you can scale to any size). I couldn’t find a good CDT logo either… but found one that “will do in a pinch”. I had guessed the AT would be the easiest of the 3 to find, as there’s so much “AT stuff” out there… but no luck?

try reaching out to fishin fred on WB. he is in the sign business and cuts vinyl logos and also sandblasts stuff, he should have a good vector image of it that can be resized.

Jonathan, I’m 82 years old and not too much active grey matter left but if I wanted a high resolution photo of the AT Logo, I would take my digital camera and copy one. Perhaps I just don’t understand the request. Good luck and God Bless.

Ed,

Thanks for the suggestion… but I don’t have one to photograph. If I photograph one “on the computer screen”, it won’t look any better than just doing a screen-shot.

Anyway, the logo isn’t too complicated, I might just re-draw one for this thing I’m working on - it’s just a personal project that I’ll need only once.

Why not just email the ATC? I’ll bet they have several vector logos and it’s not like it’s a protected image. If you do ask them though, ask them to post a copy to their website so others could acquire and use it as well, even if they set terms and conditions for its use.
