I too have writen a short novel about two hikers on the AT. With sex and violence. Most AT books are dull because they have no sex and violence. How are you getting yours published.
I will email photo of wife and I on the AT. Perhaps might work out for your cover.

Swamp fox, thanks for the offer, but my characters are of much different ages, so a picture of married people wouldn’t quite fit.
