Any trail angels or recommended shuttle services from Atlanta airport to Amicalola Falls Park out there for a late (May 15-20?) starter?

Hi there - the folks at the Hiker Hostel offer shuttle services and are as nice as they can be. The website has a spread sheet with costs and I would highly recommend calling or emailing. Like I said - they are awesome!

ATC as a PDF file with a whole slew of shuttle services. it’s off of the main appalachiantrail.org page under “hike the trail” link.
last year I got a shuttle from the north marta station right to amicalola from the folks at “North Georgia Mountain Outfitters”. Great people. Don’t remember exactly how much it cost, but it was comparable to other services.

I second Radar’s suggestion - Hiker Hostel (hikerhostel.com)! They’re fellow hikers who will help you out in any way they can. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Take MARTA (on the north line) to the north springs station and have your shuttle pick you up there.
