My wife and I went day-hiking near Lake Roosevelt a couple of days ago. Shorts and T-shirts and sunscreen. Poppies starting to bloom. Couple of inches of green grass everywhere. Only thing missing was cactus blooms (most likely too early). Makes me want to re-hike the AZT!
