Hi,
Got a question about the Long Trail. My parents are driving my wife and I up to the Northern Terminus, and I wanted to put them up in a B&B. There are three listed in the End2End guide : 1893 House, Rose Apple Acres Farm and North Troy Inn. All about the same price in the guide.
Does anyone have a recommendation?

I don’t know about the other two, but I stayed at the 1893 House in '02 and the people were lovely, very supportive of our endeavor, hiker-friendly.
Nice, airy house, sunny rooms, friendly folks. They even signed my TJ guestbook.
The house is in a general neighborhood, quiet.

He shuttled us last fall and kept the car for the 16 days (for a fee), but indicated they weren’t really in the B&B biz much anymore? Nice man.
