Backpack for woman under 5'

Hi all, I’m struggling to find a backpack 55 - 65 liters (good for several nights or long distance) that fits me. I am just under 5 feet and torso length 15.5". The only option (suggested by REI and EMS staff) is the Osprey Ariel 65 X-tra small. Problem is it weighs over 4 and half pounds. It fits well and was comfortable weighted up in the store. Checked out the Osprey Aura 65 small but both REI and EMS guys suggested it was too big. Does anyone know of an extra small pack that is lighter weight? Or is good fit worth the 4 lb 10 oz? Any advice appreciated. (I’ve used “junior” size 55 liter that fit properly, but it doesn’t pack well - a bit awkward, and so old it’s beginning to deteriorate)

JT, have you looked at GossimerGear.com
They have a gorilla ultralight pack that can fit someone under 5 feet

My REi recommended the Gregory J63, which weighs less than 3ilbs! The Medium size is very comfortable for me --5’7", 135 lbs.-- on initial training hike, but I worry the thin shoulder straps may not be comfortable for the long haul.

Get a ZPacks Arc Blast and tell them your size. They custom build everything. Their 52 liter pack weighs 16.5 ounces. I’ve been using one for three years now and it’s really comfortable and durable. No reason to carry a 4 pound pack in this day and age.
