I know they hate anything that hurts their view, like patriotic windmills that help get us off murderous coal!
That being said, stealth camping skills go along way; as I’ve found everywhere from the Riviera to the canola fields of canada. Find a dune or trees to hide behind, set your tent up after dark, use a red led lite, & get your tent down by 1st light. I even camped on the beach in Germany this way; not to mention the middle of Oslo & outskirts of Paris hidden behind bushes a meter away from people going by

Eyal:Check out 'Hiking Cape Cod" on Google. There is a trail called Cape Cod Rail Trail,it runs 25 miles through towns of Dennis,Harwich etc.You might come up with something there.
Also,be aware that there is a great State Park at the “elbow” called Nickerson State Park.I stayed there a few years ago, great spot for an overnight.
A little checking out on Google may be helpfull. You will probable have to do some stealth camping.

The rail trail is a crappy walk, it’s fun on bike though. If you’re into the beaches you can manage to stealth pretty easy with a little bit of walkin. Not too much to see here though, pretty bland and pricey.
