Hey everyone,
Just wanted to give a heads-up. They’re forecasting a really bad ice storm to hit saturday late night and continue into Monday. Supposedly it’s supposed to be worse than the December one that left over a million people without power for five days.
If you’re hiking, I’d suggest coming in and resting for a day or two. Looks like it’s gonna be pretty bad. If you need a ride, e-mail me!

Looks like it’s coming from the west, so will hit the mountains. It’s supposed to turn to ice around midnight saturday for the Piedmont, so probably a little earlier in the mountains, and isn’t supposed to stop until monday.

Too bad there’s gonna be so much rain also, otherwise it’d be an ideal time to take off for a 3-day b’packing trip. Me loves hiking in snow, but not rain.:pimp
