Is this the spot in North Carolina where Fal and Hercules have their amazing beautiful home and welcome hikers all day during hiker season? If so, yes I encountered it and loved it!

Fal and Hercules were very nice people, and the food was great. The religious discussion was just a discussion…no different than many others heard on the AT. I politely declined their literature, and they were fine with this decision. I would definitely stop to visit again.
