I’m wondering if anyone can lead me in the direction to a group for biking the colorado trail this summer. Im looking start at the end of May, Late June. If anyone has information or if anyone is interested, let me know and maybe we can get something going.

this group might help answer some questions. they host an unofficial mtn bike race of the CT. i meet several of them last year on the CT. http://www.climbingdreams.net/ctr/
also, there is a section on the CT page that deals w/ mtn biking. http://www.coloradotrail.org/bike.html
and, when you get the guidebook. it has info about riding the trail, complete with the detours around the wilderness areas. AND, the Nat’l Geo Trails Ill. maps mark the detours as well.
definitely something i have my eye on in the future…
