I bought a Spot about three years ago and have used it regularly on about half the PCT.
It seems a little underpowered, and the batteries draw down pretty quickly. But it’s comfortable to wear.
Is the Spot still regarded as a good all-around lamp (for night hiking and in camp), or is there a good upgrade available?
