Has anybody used a BlackBerry devise for journaling and uploading pics directly to their trailjournals?

I am currently using one on my hike, but not for uploading pictures. I’ve used it the entire hike for both journaling and cell phone, although I usually only use the phone when in town.
Journaling on the device has worked out fairly well. It takes some time to enter the entries, and due to this, definitely puts a crimp in your creativity. I’ve also noticed that as I get further north, my entries get shorter and shorter. I’m usually pretty tired in the evenings, and just want to eat and climb into bed.
My carrier is cingular, and service has been great. I’ve never really had an issue with reception…even up here in the backwoods of Maine…which has been a suprise.
The charge usually lasts 5-6 days as long as I don’t use the backlight or the cell phone. I just use my headlamp when journaling. The device is light, as is the charger, so weight is not too much of an issue.
