I had a bad experience with a shuttle driver named Bobby Jenkins. He confirmed that he would pick us up from the trail the next day but he never showed. No explanation, no call, no apology. We were forced to hitchhike back to our car. I don't want anyone to suffer the same fate, so be aware.
