Does anyone know if Bowleg and his black lab Bono made it to the top of Katahdin?? His last post had him just past the 2000 mile mark and that was well over a month ago. He was very good about keeping up with his journal and then just seems to have disappeared.

Yes they did make it. I Flip Floped and saw them 15 miles south of Abol bridge. I hiked with them for about 2 mnths off an on through Harppers and some of PA. Also Shannandos. They were in good health when i ran into them. He was ready to get there. i hoope this helps ya. Peace TIC
