I’m going to Yellowstone next week and I need to know if its still legal to build campfires in Yellowstone. If not, I need to find a stove QUICK!

Fires are permitted in established fire-rings at designated campsites.

Backcountry permits are required with specific campsites predesignated on the itinerary. Kind of like the Smokys for non thru hikers
