The MSR dragonfly is considered an “international” stove, meaning it can function with most types of fuel (white, gasoline, etc.).
However, in my experience, it runs cleaner with white fuel, requiring less cleaning. And, yes, coleman fuel is white fuel. They sell it in red metal canisters, and you can usually find it in trail towns sold by the pint (or ounce, or whatever).

Only reason I’m asking is that you can’t buy anything in manhattan but they have coleman fuel at this one store that is in a green bottle, about a 2 liter.
I’ll get me soe of that.
