Is there a bus or shuttle that goes from cascade locks to Portland’s airport or train station? I see several generic shuttles for Portland on the internet but none with a posted schedule or route.

Short answer: no. Greyhound eliminated the stop in Cascade Locks some years ago.
Longer answer: two possibilities:
(1) Airport shuttle service from PDX (try googling)
(2) Skamania Country Transit runs two buses a day from Carson to Vancouver, weekdays only, via WA highway 14. If you call a day ahead they will pick you up at the junction of WA 14 and the north end of the Bridge of the Gods. The Skamania bus will get you to Vancouver’s Fisher’s Landing Transit Center, where you can catch a C-Tran bus to connect with Portland’s Tri-Met system. The last system will take you to PDX or to the train station downtown. Google for the websites for all three transit systems.

Found Blue Star Transportation for a mere $68. Sounds more like a taxi than a shuttle. Still looking.
