We ran a little short of food and did some diving for extra food in the backpackers’ cache at JMT Ranch around August 1.
One of the things we picked up was a clear plastic wrapped package that had hand writing on the outside, “Chili for 3”, then instructions.
It made a chili sauce, and had something in it (lentils? some kind of meat?) It was REALLY good.
Does anyone know what this was? The original packaging was of course gone.
