Clothing/gear confusion

OK, so i’m preparing to hike the remainder of the AT from Harper’s Ferry to Katahdin. Ive sectioned the southern half in sections from Memorial Day to Labor Day over the past few summers. My Gear list has evolved to the list below (feel free to comment, still open to suggestions) and I need to decide what added clothing I will need for the north, considering my sleep system etc. A couple things I know I need I would like specific recommendations on and will post them as separate threads.
Gear list:
Wanderlust 2-4-2 tent/stakes 32oz.
ULA P2 pack + cover 56oz.
Western Mountaineering Bag (30deg) 25 oz.
Silk Liner 7oz.
Full Length Thermarest(This ones a comfort item) 44oz
Pur Hiker Filter + water gathering bag 13oz
MSR Dromlite 4liter + tubing 6oz.
Whisperlite Shakerjet stove + bic lighter 14oz
11oz fuel bottle(1/2full) 9oz.
cookpot 1.5l + lid + cup + spoon 13oz
nalgene or gatorade bottle 1Liter 2oz
Emerg gear 16 oz
(iodine, matches,whistle,emerg blanket,combo knife, spare AAA batteries/compass/ID/$/Cred Card)
Toiletries 16 oz (toothbrush/paste/mirror/chapstick/compeed patches/tp in ziplock/vaseline/babywipes/sunblock/deet)

(50ft rope/caribener/tikka petzl headlight/reading glasses/camera/map/guidebook/camp towel)

Clothing in the pack(I have already acquired):
Redledge Rain parka and pants 21oz
Warm Cap 2oz
Tilley Hat 4oz
Lightwt capilene Longjohn and Long sleeve shirt 12oz
1pr boxers 3oz
2pr hiking socks + 1 pr liners 8.5oz
Short sleeve silkwt capilene shirt 4oz
Stuff sack for clothing 3oz.

Weight so far = 21lb + food/water = 31lb
Clothing wearing(already have)
bandana/short sleeve shirt/boxers/hiking shorts/socks and liners/Vasque Sundowner boots/Altimeter Watch

Items I know I should have and need help with:
Baclava
Gloves
Fleece Jacket/vest/parka/long sleeve shirt?
?zip off pants
? anything else I should consider?

Riddle me this…What is the start date of your trip? It will be important on deciding what is appropriate for clothing.

I’m thinking late summer to avoid the black flies as much as possible and the hot rock walk in PA. I would plan to try to finish Katahdin by Sept 30, +/- 2 weeks
