Anyone have any idea on current conditions on the CT between Copper Mt and BV?

probably still snow! I was just in leadville and most trails had snow on them

I hike section 11 June 18th and 19th, 2009. No snow at all and plenty of water in the numerous seasonal creeks.

A buddy and i are going to hike this section in mid July. Send out a post when you get back and let me know how it is

Anyone been over Searle Pass this season?
We are planning to be there Mon. 6/29 and are wondering about conditions.

Just got back (a thru hike turned into a section hike because I ran out of partners :slight_smile: ), and there WAS a good chunk of snow headed up to Searle Pass, and then a bit here and there from Searle to Kokomo, but it was all passable. By mid-July it should all be clear. Late June you still may see a little bit, but AT MOST you might want gaiters and poles.
