hey guys. My roomate at school just came back from a weekend on and around Moosilauke and said he hiked in 2 feet of snow and said the temp was about 15 on the summit with winds fast enough to knock down a grown man. He stayed the night at Jeffers Brook Shelter and said he met some thru-hikers northbound. Hes not into the AT as much as i am, so he didn’t quiz them, but i figure these guys had to have left around January 1st? Pretty good pace if you ask me. He said they were planning on finishing in 2 weeks. Thought i’d let you guys know. peace, A-Train
