Quick Itinerary (14 Days)

  1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
  2. Day 2: Flight to Lukla & trek to Phakding (approx. 3-4 hrs)
  3. Day 3: Phakding → Namche Bazaar (approx. 5-6 hrsDay 4: Acclimatisation day at Namche Bazaar (explore, rest)
  4. Day 5: Namche Bazaar → Tengboche (approx. 5-6 hrs) Day 6: Tengboche → Dingboche (approx. 5-6 hrs)
  5. Day 7: Acclimatisation day at Dingboche
  6. Day 8: Dingboche → Lobuche (approx. 5-6 hrs)
  7. Day 9: Lobuche → Gorak Shep → Everest Base Camp → back to Gorak Shep (approx. 7-8 hrs)
  8. Day 10: Early hike to Kala Patthar (5,550 m approx.) for sunrise / panoramic views, then descend to Pheriche
  9. Day 11: Pheriche → Namche Bazaar (descent)
  10. Day 12: Namche Bazaar → Lukla (descent)
  11. Day 13: Flight back Lukla → Kathmandu, rest in Kathmandu Day
  12. 14: Departure from Kathmandu
