i loved fishing the sierras last summer on the JMT. where are there other good fishing spots on the PCT besides the high sierra?

While I was there in '05 this kid landed about a twenty-pound trout. You may have to rent a skiff…beautiful view of Mt. Jefferson there and it’s right off the trail.

3 sisters wilderness’s lakes had a lot of rising trout in the lakes. Bring your still water gear and hold on. I couldn’t due to a thru-hike. I saw some epic insect hatches in this area.
It’s also one of the most quality sections of the trail.
