I haven’t, if you buy some lemme know. Also check if it’s FDA approved, you might have a kid with three blinkers if it’s not. :lol

I used it last year in preparation for the JMT hike. It worked for me. I rubbed in on for about 2 to 3 months before the trip and had only a couple of small blisters. Not sure if it was the socks or the tuffoot but would recommedn you give it a try. Stinks like heck but you get over it in about a month!

I’ve had very good luck using liquid bandage (there are a couple of brands) on hot spots such as my heel and the top of toes, etc. Really works for me, but you have to be sure that it dries completely. Also, two thin coats are better than one thick IMHO. The little bottles come with a brush attached to the cap. :tongue

Nice trick with the liquid bandage. I’ve used cut nylons a few times in the military. Just wear them under your socks.

after having a lot of problems with heel blisters i started using tincture of benzoin about a month before going back out on the trail again. it helps. also during your hike it will help any dressing you apply to stick on for the day.
