Hello, I’m not a hiker but on 7/30/05, I gave some hikers a ride back to the trail after getting off course for supplies.
Later I found a digital camera in my car that must belong to them. Please e-mail me if it is you and I can ask some specific questions to verify.

nora - first, thanx for being kind to hikers. it might help if you could give some info: whick direction were they headed on the AT? what town did you take them to? do you remember any of theor trail names? they may not do trail journals, but there are lots of hikers out there right now, and they could tell them. good luck

thanks frogcaller…they were headed North. I picked them up in Branchville NJ. I never got there names, it was 2 guys and a girl who started on April 10 in Georgia…

At your descretion; see if you can get any good faces from the data and see if anyone at Harpers Ferry ATC can match them up with the scrap book photos…assuming you don’t find the owner this season. The ATC will also post lost and found info in what ever the new version of the ATN they have now.

Down load some pics from the camera if you can and post them here and on Whiteblaze.
Someone is bound to recognize them and can get to them the info that you have their camera.
