On June 23 I will be starting a section hike at N Adams and ending at Franconia Notch/N Woodstock 15-16 days later. Can anyone give me help in selecting a location I might be picked up at by my wife? We are totally unfamiliar with the area. Is there any public transportaion to Boston? Thanks.

The ConcordCoachlines(dot)com has daily service between Lincoln, Nh and Boston, Ma. Lincoln borders and is within walking distance to North Woodstock.
If your wife wants to meet you at a Trailhead parking lot, I’d suggest the AT parking lot just north of the Flume on From I-93. Take the Flume exit onto US 3 northbound. The hiker parking area in on the east side of the freeway. It is well marked as an AT parking lot.
