Thats Right.!! My wife has givin me the go for the chance to give the ultimate in trail magic. How about a ride right to the approach trail in Georgia from anywhere in New England? I live in Manchester NH. Was thinking of leaving April 3rd. About 18 hour trip. If you live anywhere close to Interstate 95 or can get close to the route were taking down, I’ll e-mail you with more info and phone so we can work it out. I will take the first 3 hikers that initially respond to this. No expensive flights, no layovers, no long bus rides with 22 stops along the way . Good Luck to the class of “05”.

Wow! what a nice offer. Usually other nice offers such as theese are accompanied with a small fee (gas & ect.) Which i sstill very nice. Thats some wife you have. Im heading out in mid March but if it was April than I would have def given ya a call. I visit my sister often who lives in Chester NH. Best wishes for a great trip. ~ Ktr:cheers

Like Break a Leg I too live near Boston, but I will be flying down. Thanks for the offer though. Trail magic is always appreciated!

Wow, this is a good deal. It’d be fun, too. Alas, like many others here, I’m starting early March. Any chance you’d want to cache a bucket of fried chicken for me somewhere between Erwin and Damascus?

Have a great hike.

Very nice offer but I too leave mid-march. I am pulling into Altanta greyhound station on March 13, going to Gainsville from there but would love to split a taxi with anyone to the Amicalola Falls State Park. Planning to actually start my hike 15th of March.

I moved from Atlanta to Rhode Island on January 1st of this year. I will be driving back to Atlanta on February 18th or 19th. I have a week long winter break until February 27th when I will be driving back to Rhode Island. Please don’t ask me why in the world I moved up here, because I really don’t have an answer. If you are interested in a ride to Springer around that time let me know by email.
