Here’s an update for all the Arizona Trail/Grand Enchantment Trail spring hikers. I put an additional 10 gallons yesterday for a grand total of 24 gallons of water at the Freeman Rd. cache. Please remember to carry out any trash you generate. But most importantly- have a wonderful time out there!

I was hiking one day behind you and Dead Animal last year. Just missed you in Oracle. Did you leave the trail at Strawberry? I lost track of your footprints and trail registration entries there.

I ended up going home from Flagstaff. I’ll be back mid May to finish up this year.

hey you will have a beautiful hike from Flag. We stayed there 2 nights and pigged out on chinese and cinn roll from holiday inn express. I had never been to the Canyon before and Oh My … it was everything I thought and more. I couldn’t believe my eyes !
We changed sneaks in Tuscon… maybe that is why you lost our trax… have a great hike !
