This forum seems to be pretty dead, but I still want to give it a try.
I am planning a FT thruhike this winter starting either mid-December or early January. Anyone else out there hiking the FT this year?
Preparing the hike I already encountered one problem: How do I get to the Southern Terminus at Loop Road from Miami? There is no public transport or affordable shuttle service. Any suggestions (hitching, approach trail)?
