I thought my site might be of interest to some of you folks. On it are selected pictures from my 2001 thru-hike (along with captions,) a list of the gear I used and what I’d change next time, a list of my food drops, and some thoughts on planning a thru-hike.

After seeing Cotler posting his URL … I thought I better introduce my URL also. I have a gear list, a guestbook for all those who missed me … while I installed my new hard-drive. But most of all I have a sense of humor and still own a Chevy Vega and might consider going hiking again in the near future so your if your a female that just came out of a break-up, I can be your miracle king, I know how to put a pack on a woman on her knees. Hey there Easy,

I was wondering what the hell happened to you!!! I sent you a reply to you last email regarding the AT in 2003. You never replied back. Anyway, I am sure every woman with low self-esteem can hardly wait to hit the trail with you!! LMAO!!! Especially since you appear to be quite talented at mounting a woman and apparently her pack as well. Anyway, enough bullshit…I am still planning a 2003 thru-hike, and can’t wait to get the fuck out of here. I’d leave right now if I could. Let me know what your plans are.

be cool,

Lunchbox - After thinking it over I think i’ll just get a dog with low self-esteem to hike with instead. I’m not ready to deal with all the crap I have this year with the ex
or any other woman for that matter all over again yet.

I’ll be be on Springer in mid - February and will only be hiking to Harpers Ferry next year or until June 1st (which ever comes first). I’ll be using a different trail-name next year. The Easyhiker name expires december 31st of this year.

I’ll also be on the trail for the whole month of October this year. I am also looking to help with trail maintenece for a week or so also in October somewhere along the trail. If anyone knows where I can help out, let me know soon since this will be a deciding factor in the section of trail I hike in October.
