GEARHEADS! Need gear advice

I am a female looking to do an AT solo hike. I would like to keep it lightweight, not not necessarily ultralight. How about some gear suggestions? I have geared up a few years ago for this hike, but life intervened and by now I have sold off most of my gear to fund said life.

Pack?
Tent?
Bag? (I sleep cold)
Clothes?
Stove?
etc?

Don’t know what you want to spend on equipment, but if I was going for new gear, here is what I would check out:Pack-
ULA.Brian is still on his hike but he has revived his whole line;P1&P2 are no longer being made.I have the P2 and I love it.However,he is carrying four new packs, looks like an exciting new line up.I would check the Conduit, only 20oz
Sleeping Bag:Can’t go wrong with Western Mountaineering bags.I have the UltraLite, rated to 20 degs, great but you might want to go for colder or warmer, google the site.
I carry a Pepsi stove, fuel is quite available,I only need to boil a couple of cups of water.
I use a variety of tents:I use the Virga 2 for most of my long distance hikes,I have some issues with the packability,
but still like the tent.I also have the ultralight Tacoma solo tarp from Dancing Light Gear.Good company,Thru hikers, check them out.
Clothes:I use everything from L.L Bean to “Only the Lightest”
I’am sure you will get lots of opinions, ask 20 hikers about what gear to use,you will get 20 differnt answers.

I can’t recommend the Gregory Tega highly enough. It’s a light pack (around 2.5-3 lbs.), comfortable, shaped for a woman, and comes in pink (if you like that sort of stuff). I carried mine from Harpers Ferry to Katahdin this year. I also would recommend the Kelty Light Year sleeping bag, it’s a women’s bag (extra warmth in the toe box), relatively inexpensive, and packs down small. Stove: can’t beat the Pepsi can. Have fun, gear shopping is one of the best parts!

Granite gear,Tarptent,Western Mountaineering. This is a good way to go, all served me well, on my 05 thru-hike. Hope this helps.
