That’s what I learned this summer.
I have been “planning” and postponing my JMT adventure for the last couples of years
until my nephew came to visit me from overseas (UK), after 48h in L.A. he ask me how can you live in Los Angeles ? then I showed him around , Santa Monica Mountain, Los Angeles Forest …described the Sequoia & Kings Canyon,Yosemite , told him about Mount Whitney…within 12 hours showing him my last trip’s picture in the National parks, he traced his trip and hit the road , he enjoyed 5 days hiking in the wild.
Waooo it takes me a week planing for almost every week-end outing.
So JMT here I come September 15th to ???
