Please help… I have been married to this pack size Large since Nov 04. I am 6 ft tall and “lanky”. The problem is I think the torso is just too long. I find myself not wearing the hipbelt as it seems to almost cut offf the circulation in my legs. My oh my should I have just gotten a medium? Anyone interested in buying this?

You should get intouch with Gregory and call there 800 number customer service. They would be more than happy to assist you with your bag.
I had used a Gregory Palisade on both the AT and PCT:D Now with over 4800 miles its alittle on the beat up side so i called Gregory, was given a ID number and mailed it out since everything that had happened to the bag was under warranty. So in return, they replaced my old one with a new one and all it cost was shipping.
Give em a call and they will help you or even switch your bag out.

My sweet fiance, after hiking with me for years took an interest this evening in my plight. Turns out we lowered the shoulder straps and I put some torque on the framesheet to form to my back better. Can’t wait to try it out… Really seems to fit 100% better… Do you have the 800 # handy?
