is it a good time to hike p.c.t. from cabazon to mamouth lake or reds meadow starting on june 13 will it be to dry in the south “lucky”

It’s possible and it’s been done, but yes it will be very hot, and potentially this year dry also. The only couple hikers i’ve heard of who have gone through there that late had to do a ton of night hiking. It doesn’t sound like fun to me. May 13 would be a lot better. Or starting June 13 from further north.
