Does anyone know how the Saufleys fared with the fires in So Cal? I saw there was a fire in Agua Dulce but I don’t know what happened to the homes and businesses there.

The Saufleys’ home is fine. The had to evacuate, but they are back at home. They are prepared in case they have to leave again.

They had a SOBO with them when they evacuated. He had to quit his hike because of the fires.

Donna has posted an update on their situation to the PCT-L.

…even though the intial Agua Dulce fire started only about a mile away from them. Luckily the wind direction was in their favor. Not sure on the total of structures damaged or lost in the area.

So glad to hear that they’re OK. I was worried about them when I saw the Agua Dulce fire was so close by.

Apparently one of the fire started less than a mile away, but it was to the west and the wind was blowing to the west, so it got no closer.

It’s great to hear the Saufleys are ok … what about the Andersons?

At least by their last PCT-L post a day or 2 ago, the Andersons are fine too.
