Hitch from Unicoi

									Does anyone know how the hitch is into Hiawasee from Unicoi gap?  I went through this area in 2004 and I can'rt remember how much traffic is on this road.

									A lot of traffic on this stretch - you'll have no issue getting ride into town.

									We had no problem hitching into helen (opposite direction from Hiawasee) in 2005 and 2006.  In January 2009 we damn near froze to death trying to get a ride.  Just before then a man was murdured by a hitchhiker.  That effect hopefully is over two years later.
