For joints. I messed up a shoulder lifted weights a few years ago. Some bodybuilders gave me a suggestion for a home remedy. It a product called “Knox” that you get in grocery stores in the aisle where you buy home canning and jelly making supplies. Its one of the products you use to make jams and jellies set up. You mix a tablespoon of :know" with water and drink it a couple of times a day, and it helps build up the cartilidge in your joints. The same principle as eating a lot of jello. My ex-wife use to eat lots of jello to build up her fingernails (she was that type) so they wouldn’t break all the time. Both products contain keratin or something tht sound like that, and a lot of gym rats swear by it. It can’t hurt you, cause it’s a main ingredient of jelly! Ask someone you know who works out a lot if they have ever used it.

if you want an herbal alternative to protect/build joints and is all around good for you w/ loads of chlorophyl, magnesium, potassium, folic acid etc… take ALFALFA. very easy little green tablets… i pop a couple w/ meals. probably a lot healthier than loading your body w/ gelatin stuff.

My parents use it (knox nutrijoint)to help their aging joints/arthritis. They swear by it. I had rough cartilege in my knee a long time ago and took the suppliment. I don’t know if I healed on my own or if it was the suppliment but I do not have that problem with my knee anymore.
