I have hosted many thru hikers over the years in Hot Springs NC…at the Duckett House Inn…I thru hiked in 1980
worked on the staff at Elmer’s from 1981 -1983… and ran the Inn for 20 years. Now relocated near the trail just down from Winding Stair Gap…have a small cabin with shower close to hayesville ,NC and Hiawasse Ga. …please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need a shuttle into town or need a place to rest for a few days …donations only 828-389-4900

Hi all… I will be offering a shuttle from the Airport in Georgia to Amacalola Falls Park, everyday from March 1 thru to April 15,2011. I can fit 5-6 hikers and packs in my van.
