I am trying to make sense of the Capital Area Transit site for buses that go from Carlisle to Harrisburg. Does anyone have experience with that route while on an AT hike? I can not figure out the schedule based on the website links.

In 2013 I flew into Harrisburg and took the bus to Carlisle and hiked south to Boiling Springs from there. It took a couple of buses. One from the airport to downtown and then one from downtown to where the trail crosses over the road. Route C is the bus that will get you to the trail. Let the driver know you want to get off at the trail and they should stop right at the trail for you. At least my driver did.
