How close are you to the southern end of the trail? Are you willing to shuttle a hiker…I’d be willing to pay for gas of course:)

That’s something like a 3+ hour roundtrip, so it’s maybe possible. But it would have to line up with my schedule really well. I was more thinking of Tucson-area help.
