Does anyone know where the CT and CDT intersect? Meaning closest town… Area… That sort of thing. Thanks

The Colorado Trail and the CDT intersect for the first time at Georgia Pass (on the CDTA route) near Copper Mtn. On the Wold Route, it hooks up at Copper Mtn.
The CDT/CT split again by Twin Lakes. If you take the old CT route (and an official alternate), the CT/CDT split just on the other side of Hope Pass. The CDT stays higher, the CT stay lower.
The CT/CDT meet up a second time on the Monarch Crest. Closest town is Salida. The trails part ways for the final time kinda/sorta near Silverton. The CT goes southwest towards Durango and down into the Elk Creek drainage. The CDT heads south to Wolf Creek Pass (near Pagosa Springs).
All together, the trails share the same tread for 200 miles.
Hope this helps.
