Yes, I have it and love it. You are talking about the one with the orange coozy, right? has two plates, one on top, one on bottom and a fold up handle.
I only use it for car camping, tho.
I have sauteed onions and a filet mignon a few times, but my favorite:
I usually slice onion and some garlic and saute quickly (it’s a jetboil) in Walnut oil and then add sliced carrots and yellow squash to warm, then pour over some Heath valley no salt chicken broth. Works for me!
Just keep the flame low.
