I have been having trouble accessing my trailjournal account. When I log in I only see my reader account available. I used to be able to see both the reader and journal account. I already sent an e-mail but never got a reply and it has been a few weeks. Any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks

When I log on, this is the message that is posted:
11/11/2008 While many things have been setup since I moved servers there are still many more things that need to be done.
First, I have not setup the mail server yet. The software needs to be purchased and installed. Since this isn’t setup, it is difficult for me to respond to e-mails, please be patience.
The simple photo page needs to be updated, but this will take time.
Reader accounts have not been put back online yet.
Direct links are back online, but I updated how they work, so until I update the direct link request page, approving direct links takes a little longer.
