Looking for a partner to join me on an End-to-End northbound in July. I’ll be going solo regardless but would like to open the door to hiking with others. I’m from Vermont and am very eager to start planning and to get outside.

I am debating a later departure than Mem day for my trip, which will probably be 80-100 miles NB - Were you planning on leaving in the beginning or later in the month? I am going up this weekend to check out the bug situation with a day hike around Straat/Arlin road. That might be my deciding factor. But I can’t see the bugs being any worse there then they are in upstate NY all summer. taf

I’m hoping to leave in the beginning of july. I’m not worried about bugs because I only have this one month to do this trip. Let me know if July is good for you so we can talk further on this.

Hi Brain, I plan on leaving Killington. on the first and hiking North to the end around the 15th. I would be interested in jioning you. Do you have a way back South at the end?
